VM 3.0.12 product addition

Joomla 3.4.5, with VM 3.0.12 component, now i can not upload new products, each time i try add new content, Joomla just time out, when i refresh my brouwser, i see content but no image, tried to upload the image again, again, but same thing happens, can someone assist
