Free shipping for Version 2.0.18a ?

Hi,
I want to advertise "free" shipping on all purchases $99 or more, but I can't figure out how to do this in Virtuemart version 2.0.18a

does anyone know how?

Advertise? You can do that simply with a custom HTML Joomla module.  Maybe use as described here http://www.kaizenmediaworks.com/virtuemart-template-and-module-control or http://www.metamodpro.com/ to give fine control as to when it appears.

I'm sorry I didn't mean advertise I meant how to I set it up so that if anyone buys more than $99.00 it will give them free shipping
