Not sure if you manaed to sort this out but Craig at Joomla-host in SA sells the solution for R100 from his site.

I have just finished an open source payment module for Netcash. You can dowload it from Netcash Payment Module (http://www.visability.co.za)

It is easy to use so I hope it helps!
