Phoca gallery shortcode not working in Product detail page.

I'd really like to add Phoca Galleries to my product descriptions (we show many screenshots) but the shortcodes do not work. I.e. {phocagallery view=category|categoryid=1} It simply shows the shortcode as text.

They work fine in a Joomla article but not in product description. Is there a way to make this work?

I prefer to use Phoca Gallery as it creates thumbnails on the fly, supports multiple upload of images and manages image galleries really well. I have yet to figure out how to do any of this with the default Virtuemart 2 setup.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Plugin shortcode did not work in VM2.0 but does in VM2.0.2 and 2.0.3x (just tested again on Joomla 2.5.3)

Make sure that Enable Joomla Plugin is set on in Configuration/Shop
