Cannot add product in Firefox (sometimes!)

Hi.
I really don't know what's happened. It hapens only with this client that sometimes he fails to add a new product, and only sometimes. He uses firefox.

So sometimes if he add a new product and click apply or save he got an error icon and div, without any error messages in it and the product is not added. And we never have it on our computer.

Could anybody tell me what could be the cause of this? Why is it only sometimes, is it something to do with firefox? Because he uses only firefox.

Nevermind.. I've solved this.
There are some error messages which was not translated, so it gives blank message.
