If the weight of the purchase exceeds the maximum weight of the shipment?

Good Morning,

If the weight of the purchase exceeds the maximum weight of the shipment, VM nserts € 0 for the shipment and if I change my delivery does not help in selecting any operator.

example:
- maximum shipping weight 30 kg
- The customer is purchasing on 50kg

I wish the shipping costs would make me redouble or a combination of shipments.

Is it possible? Is it a question of setting of the component or can I add a plugin?
