Strategy for Google merchant upload?

Are we at the mercy of third partys that charge in euros? or has anyone seen anything usable?

If everyone pools their cash we can set a bounty on this on some programming site (freelancer / rentacoder), and I'm sure someone would take it up. And we release it the public on the extensions site. Everyone benefits.
