how can I modify the checkout page layout ??

I want to modify the checkout page layout on my website which VM2.0.20b is installed on it.

These are VM default checkout page. I want to modify the default layout . How can I do?

And then I think the file you want to copy and edit is /components/com_virtuemart/views/cart/tmpl/default_pricelist.php

Then as instructed paste it to YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_virtuemart/cart/default_pricelist.php
