thumbnails not resizing

I would like to make the thumbnails larger on my site (http://www.texasblacksheep.com/index.php/blk-sheep-e-store/estore)

I have gone in the below and put the thumbnail size to 150 x 150 however the thumbnails are still showing up very small. 

Admin > Components > Virtuemart > Configuration > Templates > checked Enable Dynamic Thumbnail Resizing

found solution to empty the resize folder and it resizes the correct size now..

I am still having trouble wtih some of my images.

when I click on one of my categories and see all the products there thumbnails are very small on that page.  View them here  http://www.texasblacksheep.com/index.php/blk-sheep-e-store/estore/t-shirts

how can i get these thumbnails to show up larger?  I cannot find the resize folder for these images so dont know.
