Different Manufacture in product categories

Hello,

I am looking for one feature, can i sort out multiple manufacture according to product categories.
I mean suppose i have 2 product category pen and pencil. In pen manufacture 'A' sells a product and in Pencil also manufacture 'a' sells a product. Can i make a menu that in left manufacture of those products are displayed.
