Order confirmation email bug - is it still there?

Hi

Is the old bug still in 2.0 that the order confirmation email is sent before payment is done?
I am in the process of going from VM1.1.9 to another cart.

It is very important for me to know as I need to develop an integration to Axapta so orders can go directly to our wholesaler.
But no orders should go before payment is done, obviously!
