VM 2.0.1.E Add to cart issues

Upgraded to VM 2.0.1.E and tried removing google and  VM jquery.  But the issue remained.  Click "Add to cart" and the cart is displayed with 0 entries and 0 $.  It does not seem to be a jquery issue.   Please help. :(
