virtuemart with 2checkout

Hi,

  I have downloaded the virtuemart with joomla bundled and isntalled it with sample data. By default there is paypal as checkout, I want to set the 2checkout with the same as well on the cart page. I have configured it on admin but it is not being shown on the fron end cart page.

I have also add the secred word. Need help to resolve this problem.

Do you have a 2checkout file for virtuemart 1.1.9?
