To much user info displayed in shippingadres

When a customer complete an order and fills in additional info for shipment and registration.
The user shipment address also shows info that shouldn't be displayed. Like a sign-up for a newsletter and email address.
I guess it's a bug in the displayed php file or the VM core, because I've made a right corrections in the user field section in the backend.
I looks like for the shipment fields al user info is being displayed, ignoring the settings in the backend (and database).
The settings in the SQL database for these fields reads 0 on the fields shipment and newsletters.
