extension to replace "Ask a question about this product"

Hi everyone.

I am looking for a extension to replace the current "Ask a question about this product" in product page.

What I want to achieve is, when Ask Question is clicked, the customer could type their question and select few options, and submit. So I can review the question and answer them at the admin / backend of the Joomla/Virtuemart system. Once I finish the answer and submit, the question and answer will be displayed at corresponding product page, before the button "Ask Question".

Had searched around for such extension and came out nothing, anyone any idea? Much appreciated.

I have see that some HelpDesk Billet extensions of Joomla can be integrated with VM todo what you want ...  it seems ...

Thanks for the replies, but the HelpDesk extension does not fit in my case, as I want to show question and answer which the customer had for specific products. so different products will have different quesitons and answers.
