Multiple text-style custom fields

Hey all,

I'm trying to use multiple custom fields of the same type (text). For example if somebody wants to customize a product with his first and his last name (– where the two input-fields are separate).

If I'm using two custom fields of this type, only one inputbox shows up (the first). If I delete the first, the secont one show up correctly?! I can't get them work both together

Is this a bug? Or does someone have a solution for this?

It is meant that way, just create a new custom field of the same type...

for example description front, description back,...

Yep, I did it this way. Two custom text fields defined (Screenshot 1) and used them separately (Screenshot 2).

The result shows only the first custom field, the second one disappears (Screenshot 3).


PS: the text length on the second Screenshot automatically turns to zero, as soon as i save the product…
