Long time ago since i was here but im a bit surprised to see that with a Joomla 2.5 release the VM isnt working with that.
Keeping in mind that the VM download page shows: Compatible with Joomla! 1.7 and Joomla! 1.5.x.

1.5 is obsolete, and soon the 1.7 isnt supported anymore.

So when can we expect a version for Joomla 2.5 ?

i'm testing VM2.0.1 in J2.5 ... but the Global Moderator jenkinhill said to me (in another post) that the VM2.0.1 isnt yet prepared to works in J2.5 .. we only get an update in the "next couple of weeks"...
VM V. online: J2.5.14 | VM 2.0.20a | SQL 5.1.70 | PHP 5.3.25

If you followed the way Joomla devs went about producing 1.7 with large db changes, files moving all over the place etc you get to understand why a lot of developers decided to wait on testing and updating their components until nearly release candidate stages. J2.5 may have been released 2 days ago but I am certain there are not many extensions that are 2.5 native yet for that very reason - larger projects such as VM2 will understandably take a little while longer - 2.5 is a LTS release - 18 months of support. Why the rush?
