Info: Assign virtuemart to a menu item

I'm totally new to this and i'm afraid I don't understand a lot of the technical stuff so if someone is able to help me in plain english i would really appreciate it as i've been going round in circles trying to get rid of this message.

To add VM to a menu item is easy, and is a basic Joomla function as well as a requirement for VirtueMart.
