How can I configure payment in VM2 like: shipvalue in VM1???

I've got same problem than FSV user

vm2.0.0 gives me this msg when i tryed to see the cart:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method plgVmShipmentWeight_countries::getVarsToPush() in D:\Ampps\mp3\plugins\vmshipment\weight_countries\weight_countries.php on line 39
