Upgrade/Migration from J!1.0.15/VM1.13 to J!1.7/VM2.0.0

i need to upgrade/migrate the shop for my client. It is in Joomla 1.0.15 with VirtueMart 1.1.3.
Please, can you suggest me the best way? It has not a lot of products (about 70), so if the migration is too much difficult I will consider to start from the scratch.
Is VM 2.0.0 ready for J! 2.5?
