I THINK THIS IS A BUG IF I AM WRONG PLEASE LET ME KNOW
using fresh install of joomla 2.5.1 and fresh install of virtuemart with only the sample products installed
running on WAMP 2 with php 5.3.8

everything was ok until i went to Tax & Calculation Rule /  Tax 9.25% then i got the attached screenshot
