How to print a paper receipt

Hi!

Where can I print out decent looking receipt for customer?

I would like to put a paper version of receipt with the delivery.

From the back-end in orders screen I can print some kind of receipt but is there any better place where to get it as that one is lacking some important things I would like to have on my receipt.

dosen't anyone else need paper receipt?

As it seems there is not easy way to solve this, could someone point me to right directions. Where can I edit what info is show behind that print-link what is in VM Back-End on orders screen?
