The Order email shows the customer selected Custom Field twice.  In the attached screenshot, the Custom Field is Color: "True Blond #24".  You can see it twice.  FYI, I am using custom field of type image.

Excuse me Cas, what version of Joomla/Virtuemart are you using? at my side customfields are not sent in email... i begin thinking it's a template bug...
here attached you can see the order of sku/quantity/product name is different from your.
Are you using a particular template for VM or Joomla? Thanks for your help

Hi maxi1973,

The test was done on Jan 8, so it must have been with VM2.0.0.  Joomla would have been 1.7 at that time.  Now I'm using 2.5.1  The email is the Order Confirmation email sent to the administrator, not the customer email.   I didn't change the VM template (view) for orders.  As far as the Joomla template, I built it.  The strange thing now is that I had an order last week and didn't get an order conformation email, so I'm not sure what is going on.  What version are you using?

Milbo

You should test with the last version, please.
Should I fix your bug, please support the VirtueMart project and become a member

Hi Milbo,

I really want to use the latest version, but it has a problem when customers try to buy something, they get an error when checking out and going to PayPal.  See my recent post in topic 96945. As soon as that is fixed, then I can upgrade.  For now I'm using 2.0.0.

I'm using Joomla 1.7.5 and 2.5.1 both with VM 2.0.1e with last files updated via SVN.
I don't know whatelse i can do to appear customfields in the emails. Milbo you have tested my website and you have credentials to test (if you want) what i'm saying. I've thinked about a custom template, but it's not the right way, i've tryed a clean joomla installation.
I have followed this steps:
1) clena installation of joomla 1.7.5
2) installation of VM 2.0.1e with sample data
3) installation of VM 2.0.1e AIO

is it correct? there are further steps i've missed? i'm really in trouble

You are right Cas. I've done a last try now with this configuration:
Joomla 1.7.5 + Virtuemart 2.0.0 + Virtuemart AIO 2.0.0 and all works!
I will test now step by step where is the problem. from latest VM versions to template customizations.
