Customise EMail Notification for Orders

Hi,
I already trying search for setting and customise the notification wording template loge etc etc that VM 2 sent after customer placed an order but have no luck.
May I where to setting this?

Only through template overriding.
I assume:
administrator\components\com_virtuemart\views\orders\tmpl - templates for order updating
components\com_virtuemart\views\cart\tmpl - templates for others notifications

Is there any easy way to amend the layout to look more profesional with our own design and layout as well as our own wording?

Sorry, I'm not really know about php neither in any programming language  :-[
