How to change virtuemart confirmation email?

I know how to edit text (language file), but I'm interested in creating html email template..
What file to edit??

When I receive confirmation emails, in email source there is "Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8";
How to change it to be "Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8"?
