/images/stories/virtuemart/shipment not created

A new install (RC3) does not create the folder: /images/stories/virtuemart/shipment
Not sure if this is an error or a feature!

You can use the Joomla media manager to create it, and add your logos.

I have already added the directory but I thought that perhaps it should have been added during the install and reported it as a possible omission.
