User/Shopper Address Detail not showing - BackEnd

There appears to be various issues relating to User creation - this topic deals with the specific issue of Address detail.

In BackEnd VM "Orders & Shoppers | Shoppers" the basic Registration detail is shown together with Address(es), the "basic" one as "Additional Informations" and also there is a Shipment Address.  If a "Shopper" registers via the Front-end and then adds/saves an Address then only the "basic" registration is shown in the "Shoppers" detail screen and not the "Address" - yet the "Address" is held in the  database.
However if a "Shopper" is added via the Joomla-Add User it appears in the VM | Shoppers, then an Address can be added and "saved". 

Hence, adding an "Address" via the Back-end, it is subsequently displayed in the "Shoppers" detail view but NOT if the "Shopper" "saves" an "Address" via the Front-end.

On investigation of the difference I note that the .._users table differs in the "parms" field - for a Back-end registered user there are parms {"admin_style":"","admin_language":"","language":"...), yet for a Front-End signed up (and activated) User/Shopper there are no "parms" set.  I do not know if this distinction has any bearing on the lack of displayed "Address" in the VM-Shoppers detail page.

Note: This issue relates to Topic 95032.0 in which the Address(es) are not always displayed in the Front End (Shopper). 

The fix in RC3(final) resolved that issue (but maybe not the possible language aspect) also resolved this issue of failure to display Address in Back-End.
