Ask a question, print icon shows a blank popup page.

I don't know why, but when I click the button "Ask a question about this product", or when I try to "print" it with the print icon, a blank popup is displayed.

I use the Eazy template from http://funky-visions.de/joomla-templates/eazy.html

Changing the template to "beez2" works.

I tried to uncheck the use of Vm2 CSS, JQuery, to use other than default templates in VM2 config, etc. nothing works.

Where can I begin to search?

Thank you BanquetTables.pro, I checked the contents of component.php and it was empty!. I copied it from another template and it works now. Do you know if I can have any more problem regarding to this and other files?

Now the button of print, pdf and e-mail does not work. It shows something but:

In the case of PDF -> Error 500
In the case of print -> Product details page in a popup
In the case of e-mail -> Entire "web page -> product details page" in a popup

Hm, If I change to a pre-installed Joomla Template like Beez5 or Atomic (that has natively component.php file), and then I go to the product page, clicking on the buttons of print, pdf, etc. gives me the same behaviour than with my other template eazy.

(ah, the PDF button gives me a html 500 error.)

So, anybody with any template installed must always modify component.php?

Also, I noticed that the debug errors doesn't appear with my Eazy template, what file does VM2 use for showing these messages?

SEF disabled, same behaviour in all cases.

Uhms, curiously it works 

It should work even without login..

The prind button should send an event to print the page, not to only show the page. Moreover, the popup that appears in my Firefox 3.6, doesn't have a bar, so File -> Print is not accessible (yes, ctrl+p is).
