Intershipper rates are whacked

Hi folks, I'm running Joomla 1.0.11 with Virtuemart 1.0.7, artio SEF with ArtioSEF Virtuemart plugin. I have Intershipper turned on for shipping prices, but the prices coming back are way off. According to Intershipper, FEDEX Ground from zipcode to zipcode should be 7.88. When I try it through the Virtuemart cart, the shipping price works out to 19.88 cents.

I've been stepping line by line through the code and comparing to Intershippers API, and I just can;t see where this is going wrong.

Anyone else out there having a similar issue? Or am I the only one?

I am also having this problem. I am using VM 1.1.4 and Joomla 1.5.21. Any hints, words of wisdom,etc would be great!!
