Again : problem with IPN notifications, Emergency!!

Hi receive email from the paypal support telling me that the following file causes problem (spam or doesn't work) :

/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/notify.php

What is the real solution to this problem please? There's other topics on the subject but there's no solution at all... how to solve this please, can you help me please, i don't know what i must do with it!
