I started to "upgrade" in local copy of my store, and i noticed some problems:

Control Panel does not appear correctly (Click Statistics and click back in control panel and all options will appear.

in table upgrade i encounter several warnings:

Most of the products are not published
They are in the categories, but they are not published (in the original vm 1.1.9 they are)

The upgrade tool does not import store options (currency + vendor info)
