Select shipping method problem, only one shows up.

I am a novice and am trying to create two options at checkout for shipping. One is flat rate for USPS Priority Mail (already done), the other is Local store pick-up, so no shipping. I can't figure out how to get the local store pick-up to show up after I created it. Anyone know how to do this?

How did you get the USPS Priorty Flat rate set up?
