How to link "Click Here To Download The Product Data Sheet"

I have been searching and searching for a way to link a PDF to the "Click Here To Download The Product Data Sheet" on the tabular format of products, not the single page product (I have this working). The part I'm talking about is highlighted in blue and the URL is below. Any help is MUCH appreciated.
