We cannot provide support for commercial themes/templates in this forum. If you are using a commercial theme then support questions should be posted on the supplier's forum or help system.
Most commercial theme developers use proprietory code which only they can help with. You also should not post any part of that code on this forum, as that may be a breach of the developers copyright.
