Issues on 1.9.8 RC2d

Hi,

Thanks for all the hard work so far, a couple of issues that I have encountered when doing a 'fresh' install (new joomla 1.7, then VirtueMart, then All in one Modules).

Virtuemart 2 issues j1.7

1. Installation:

Fresh Joomla 1.7 Install with Sample data
Install VM 1.9.8 RC2d Component
Install Sample Data
Activated database update tool in configuration.

Install module_allinone_1.9.8d : getting error:

   * JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /srv/www/htdocs/anima/tmp/install_4e462e177ba8a/install.vmallinone.php
   * Component Install: Could not copy PHP install file.

Create new top menu item: Item type: Virtuemart Default Layout; Title: Online Shop

2. Frontend:

Added 'Nice Saw' to cart, on popup window message:
1 Nice Saw added to cart
clicked 'Show Cart' : cart empty

3. Backend:
Shop->Shipping methods: new Shipping method: Courier, no selectable method to begin with
After saving the method, it doesnt show the method created.

Payment Method, tried to create a method, the following message was displayed: There are no payment plugins installed, please go to http://dev.VirtueMart.net/projects/VirtueMart/files and download/install the latest mod_virtuemart_allinone. This is weird seeing as i have the latest file installed.
