VM sync with Ebay. Full e-shop development

Hello,

i need professional programmers who could develop full e-shop with VM.

Requirements:

1) Invoice generator with VAT(if customer needs);
2) Synchronization with Ebay: same products, same categories etc. Only basic sync is required - if product is bought on Ebay, it should dissappear from VM and vise versa;
3) Import/export products via Turbo Lister program (this program is used by Ebay);
4) Shipping price depends on country. Shipping price should be imported from CSV file.
5) Customer should have possibility to offer his price for that product.
6) Discount system for particular products: if customer bought for 100 USD, he should bet 1 point, when he have 10 points, he can get something.
7) Multilinguistic website, but dont need multilinguistic products, only navigation.
Product search.
9) Possibility to pay via Paypal, Google Checkout and PPPay
10) Facebook "like" button near every product.

Those are most important and difficult things. Other requirements is already on VM.
