Make a fee on paypal payment module

At checkout we would like to have a fee on all
paypal payments. But in the module i can't find a
place to add the fee.

The reason for this is that we are having a fixed freight
prise. Along with COD and pre payment and we cant have the
delivery beeing chosen before the payment.

so in all we want a fixed fee on the paypal module.

any way to solve this?

I think that it's against paypal's regulations to charge the customer extra for selecting paypal, I wanted to do this before to cover for Paypal's insanely high fees, but the answer's I got was that Paypal wouldn't allow that. The chances they notice are probably quite slim, though.

I'm not a coder, but someone who is should quite easily add that fee as you request, I think. But keep in my paypal might shut you off their services.
