Advice needed on settig up shipping rates

Hi

I have set shipping rates based on weight. This is working fine and I have one rate for total items under a certain weight and one rate for total items over that weight.

So far so good.

I would now like to add another shipping option whereby if customers order over say £200 worth of goods they have a flat rate shipping cost of £6 regardless of what the weight is.

is this going to be possible?

I think it would be a hack and not that hard to do really.
I can't think of any way to do it with J!/VM
