Hiding Credit Card Form Fields when PayPal is selected...

I need to hide the credit card fields when the PayPal payment method is selected, has anybody done this?
(it really does not make too much sense to keep the CC fields in there since PayPal is exactly for users that do not want to provide CC info, and they may get confused that they need to enter that info insite...
