No stylesheet in admin frontend
« on: February 06, 2009, 14:03:26 pm »
I have searched the forums and cannot find a resolution to this problem:

I have setup the virtuemart main module and it works well however when i click the admin link i get a an admin page with no stylesheet and the products page won't work. everything else works tho but the page looks ugly with no stylesheet at all. the backend works fine. the first few lines in the source of the page that comes up when i click for admin in the frontend looks like this:

Code: [Select]
<script type="text/javascript">
function submitbutton(pressbutton) {
var form = document.adminForm;
if (pressbutton == 'cancel') {
submitform( pressbutton );
return;
}
submitform( pressbutton );

}
</script><table style="width:100%;table-layout:fixed;"><tr><td valign="top" width="15%"><div id="vmMenu">
<div id="content-box2">
<div id="content-pad">
  <div class="sidemenu-box">
    <div class="sidemenu-pad">
<center>
<a href="/index.php" title="Back to Joomla! Administration" class="vmicon vmicon-16-back" style="font-weight:bold;">Back</a>
<br /><br /> <a href="http://virtuemart.net" target="_blank">

<img align="middle" hspace="15" src="http://www.berrycafe.biz/components/com_virtuemart/shop_image/ps_image/menu_logo.gif" alt="VirtueMart Cart Logo" />
</a>

<h2>Administration</h2>
</center>
<div class="status-divider">
</div>
<div class="sidemenu" id="masterdiv2">

can anyone help?

thx,

try to turn off SEF option in your joomla global configuration.

Thank you dutchess! You were right on the money! Too bad they can't live together but i found out that i can leave the SEO on and just kill the "add suffix" and this seems to work fine for me.

thanks again,
