Greetings,

Doing well with PayPal and VM but had a question.   When customers check out, we are getting two emails from PayPal.  One has subject "PayPal IPN TXN on your site."  The other has subject "Notification of Payment Received."

Is there any way to get rid of the IPN email without turning off IPN? (We need IPN, I presume, to have the order status automatically change from pending to confirmed when the customer successfully completes the payment.)

For what it is worth, in many email programs you can set a "rule" to have those/any emails moved upon receiving them.

So in Outlook, I just have them automatically moved into a separate folder. An out of sight, out of mind approach. But I don't think you can actually shut off the IPN emails.

Actually, I also move my order emails when they are received into their own folder as well. Once printed, I then drag them into another folder. For my own purposes, it keeps them organized.

Take care, Mike
