PayPal Express checkout result to error when shipping is changed.

Steps:
User logs in (doesn't work if not logged in)
Clicks on Express checkout - redirect to PayPal confirm amount
Returns to Virtuemart selects different shipping results to following error.

Error - Paypal did not complete the transaction - FAILURE - SHORTMESSAGE =Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. - ERRORCODE =10429 - LONGMESSAGE =Tax total is invalid. - SHORTMESSAGE =Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details. - ERRORCODE =10413 - LONGMESSAGE =The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts. -
