Support System For Virtuemart - lknSupport

We have a help desk system called lknSupport which has built support for VM.

What can lknSupport able to do?
* Your existing VM Users will be able to login lknSupport without any extra thing.

* lknSupport will show the orders of ticket owner while you are reply the ticket. You will be able to see purchase of the ticket owner on ticket reply screen.

Why did we started this thread?
As told above, lknSupport is a support system for shopping cards and it's currently doing pretty good integration & support for VM

1. What do you expect from a ticket/support system as shopping card owner?
2. What do you think about the current VM integration of lknSupport?

Hello again, thanks for the clarification but this is not what I personally look for, as the integration is not discreet and it is not a component.

Maybe future version may support this, but this is just my personal requirements.
