change the size and the color

I need help to change the size and the color of my side menu. It's to small and grey on grey!
But I can't find the the place to control the font.
Can anyone help me?

Hi,
   There are multiple ways to do this, You can change the font on that menu css or in the list css.Otherwise go to that template and open the ja.moomenu css and from there you can change the menu style and font.If you want to set the entire font of the website to be same, use font-family property in your body css.
