Alignment of shipping rates at checkout

Hi

Step two of the checkout process allows users to choose their shipping method. I need to align the headings of this ection to the left as in the attached screenshot.

Any ideas which file I need to edit. I can't seem to find the right one to change.

Also need to try and find the file where I can also left align the headings in step 4 of the checkout process.
