Minimum order ZIPcode specific for free shipping

Hi

for my shop I would like to create zip ranges with a minimum order for free shipping

that means, if someone doesn't touch this limit, he has to pay the minimum amount. but if someone passes this limit, it will be free shipping.

I didn't find that yet, but I hope that something like this already exists
