Customer Info not being pulled into cart

Hello.

I am having issues where the customer address details are not being pulled into the cart.


When registered user entered address details etc.

When you try and purchase something, at Step 1 the billing address is empty.

At Step 2 - Shipping, it will not allow you to go further.  I am assuming this is because the billing address and therefore the default shipping address are not being picked up.

Please advise asap on where to look.  Site needs to launch this weekend.

More info.

When I act as a customer using my Admin user id, the address details are pulled through and displayed in the cart.

When I act as a new customer and register via the VM register page, the address details are not displayed in the cart.

This is leading me to believe there may be a problem/conflict with Joomla registration and VM registration.

Any ideas?

This is getting very urgent.

I have the same problem but i have more information about the problem.

When someone is registering from frontend using the virtuemart login module or while processiong the order, the website create 2 accounts with the same login but blank billing informations. So when the new shopper comes to the delivery method page it won't have any since his country is empty.

When this new shopper go and update his informations on the "my account" page, the informations are stored in both accounts and the delivery method pages works perfectly.

When creating a new shopper account from administrator it works perfectly : only one account is created with the login and the billing informations are stored.

So my guess is that the problem is somewhere in the registration page and :
 - it create 2 accounts
 - don't store billing informations

I don't know what files to investigate and edit.

All fixed for me since i applied the 1.1.4 -> 1.1.5 patch

i hope it will fix yours also.
