How to set two different payment options with paypal?

I am trying to figure out how to set two different payment options for a item, such as one time only payment or monthly recurring payment. I want a page to look like:

product_name:                  Monthly Lease:$                  One year Lease:$

If I click on Monthly Lease, I want it to take me to recurring payment.
If I click on One year Lease, I want it to take me to one time payment.

Is there a way to do this?
