Remove category title from virtuemart category page

Hi,
I need to remove the Virtuemart category title from a page acting as my home page, can this be done without amendng html?

Left this issue a bit and now trying to resolve it.

When you point Joomla to a virtuemart product page, it displays a category title. I've looked in the phps on the site and can not see one which would allow me not to show the title or remove the area, none that seem to work. I've scoured the posts and the one that did reference the category title didnt work.

Any ideas?

Thanks Andrew, I finally got there just moments before I saw your post, good exercise though.

Exactly right, i removed <?php echo $browsepage_lbl; ?>  from the H3 block. Just remember to put it back if you add a second category and need to show the category title

This is the exact same process I followed and it worked perfectly. Now, however, I want the category page titles back so I did the logical thing and put the code back.

The titles appear in the front end again, but no longer get modified when I apply design templates. Every other page title changes size, font & alignment as I have specified, but none of the category titles do anymore.

Can anyone suggest anything I can do? Any help very much appreciated

Was a pain finding it in Virtuemart 2.0.2 using Joomla! 2.5.2 so I'll post it here:
