White screen with SEF on

Hi

New to Virtuemart and is an excellent component, thanks

I have the SEF switched on (joomlas own) and have a plugin vm SEF activated
even without the plugin running I get a white screen when in
frontend/admin/add product and probably many others
the CSS doesnt seem to be included either on the admin
when SEF is off all is ok
backend is ok (I think)

Any info appreciated

just sorted it (for now anyway)
just didnt activate Add Suffux to URLs (but that might defeat the whole object)
frontend admin is ok at the moment
